The company specializes in Plastics recycling machinery manufacturing and sales,  We mainly focus on PET plastics bottles recycling and its downstream industry development.  so far there is a popular PET bottles recycling line for water bottles process, it contains the supply scope of bottles sorting, crushing, washing and dewatering by centrifuge, the line can separate the clear bottles for other colors and crush the bottles into flake-like size of 10-20mm, the washing part has hot washing and cold washing, the hot washing can add into caustic soda to remove  tough contamination, and two steps cold washing rinse the flakes into recycable quality.  our centrifuge can finally get off the humdity till 1%, which is widely accepted by downstream users.
We also develop and manufacture polyester staple fiber machinery,  it takes recycled PET flakes as raw material,
the final product polyester staple fiber is a generic textile product for yarn spinning, nonwoven and hometextile filling.
